At Miraé, we strive to offer an exceptional shopping experience with every order. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund or store credit, subject to the following conditions:

Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. You may choose between:
• A refund to your original payment method
• Store credit (digital gift card)

Return shipping & restocking fee

  • A $15 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.
  • Original shipping charges are non‑refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days after receiving the returned item.

International orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties and taxes.
  • Return labels are not provided for orders outside the U.S.
  • All international returns must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Refusals or “Return to Sender”

If you refuse or fail to claim your package, a $25 handling and return‑shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sale items

All discounted purchases are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Return eligibility

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in original packaging when applicable

Special category policies

  • Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, must be tried on over underwear. Returns accepted only if tags and hygiene liner are intact.
  • Handbags: Must be returned with original box and tags. Handle light‑colored items with care.
  • Jewelry: Must include tags, pouch, and original box. Earrings are non‑returnable.
  • Perfume & candles: Not eligible for return.
  • Underwear and personalized items: Non‑returnable due to hygiene and customization.
  • If we receive items that are dirty, used, or damaged, they will be sent back to the customer without a refund.

Defective product

If your item is defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at:
